Every child deserves safe, positive, and meaningful contact. Our centre makes this possible in a warm, child-focused environment.
A Child Contact Centre provides a safe, neutral, and welcoming space where children can spend time with the parent or family member they do not live with. The aim is to help children maintain positive relationships in a comfortable environment, supported by trained staff or volunteers.
A Child Contact Centre is a safe, neutral, and welcoming space where children can spend time with parents or family members they do not live with. Centres provide supervised or supported visits to ensure children’s well-being and safety.
Both supervised and supported visits may be available depending on the family’s needs and referral arrangements. Supervised contact ensures that a trained member of staff is present throughout the visit, while supported contact offers a more relaxed environment with staff available to assist if needed.
The safety and wellbeing of children is our highest priority. All staff and volunteers are trained and DBS checked. The centres follow national standards set by the National Association of Child Contact Centres (NACCC), with clear safeguarding procedures in place to protect every child who visits.
